Vacancy Experienced Support Engineer
Job Description
- Together with your colleagues your provide support and services of all IT, software and telecomservices provided by our company
- You take care of the installation and maintenance of voice servers, applications and own software platforms
- You are also responsible for short training sessions of our systems and applications on site with our customers
Profile
- You are an all round ICT professional, with accents towards IP Tel and Software management
- You have knowledge of Avaya systems, including its application environment
- Experience in an object-oriented structure is a great plus but not a must have
- Good knowledge of cabling, network standards (TCP/IP, structured cabling, Fiber optic,…)
- You have 3 to 5 years experience
- You are a team player with a good presence and communication skills
- Flexible hours and taking initiatives are no problem for you
